4. Service Features and Limits

4.1 Usage Limits

Your account is subject to the following limits:

• Maximum URLs per account: 1,000 (or as specified in your plan)
• Maximum campaigns per account: 50
• Maximum custom domains per account: 10
• Default URL expiration: 365 days

4.2 Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time.

5. Content and Data

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the URLs and data you create. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content to provide the Service.

5.2 Analytics Data

Click data and analytics are retained for up to 2 years (730 days) by default. You can export your data at any time.

5.3 Data Backup

While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Link-Lytics and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our software
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Service
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks without permission

7. Privacy and Security

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement security measures to protect your data, but you are responsible for:

• Using strong passwords
• Enabling two-factor authentication
• Keeping your credentials confidential
• Monitoring account activity

8. Payment and Billing

8.1 Fees

Some features may require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees according to your selected plan.
